  1. All Sales Are Final

By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree that all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • A change in personal circumstances
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Non-attendance 

 

  1. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • If the event is cancelled by me, you will be eligible for a full refund or a ticket credit for a future event.
  • If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued automatically, but you may request one within 14 days of the announcement. 

 

  1. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify me at [email protected] at least 3 days before the event so I can update the attendee details.

 

  1. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies

In such cases, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide alternative options.

 

  1. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this No-Refund Policy and waive the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute the transaction with your bank or payment provider. If you believe an error was made during the purchase process, please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days.
