During this free taster session, myself and my daughter, 16 year old autistic author Libby Scott share important messages for those working with autistic children of any age. We will highlight what needs to be known about the autistic experience, how it might present in school and how adults can tune into this to support wellbeing and scaffold learning.

This session is informed by my work supporting mainstream and special schools over 23 years, parenting an autistic child, and most importantly of all, Libby’s lived experiences of experiencing the education system as an autistic pupil, including what worked and what didn’t.
