• Each delegate must be registered individually and will be required to check in at the start of each session.
• Cameras should be on as this is an interactive programme.

Booking Information 

• For ease, value and flexibility, tickets are sold in blocks. Please select the block that covers the number of tickets you want, even if it is not the exact number you need to book. For example if you wish to book 27 places, please select Group Ticket F (up to 29 delegates) You can choose to fill the remaining 2 places if you wish to.

  Combined bookings can be made by schools that operate under the same organisation.
• Delegates may share a computer for viewing; however, each delegate must purchase their own ticket.
• Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• When booking, please select a ticket that covers the maximum number of places you require, as payment adjustments cannot be made after purchase.
• If you need extra places later, additional tickets must be purchased separately at the standard rate.

   

  Payment Information

• Payment must be made in GBP (£) only.
• Schools will be invoiced, and payment should be made via bank transfer.
• Please ensure that all transfer fees are covered by the sender, so the full invoiced amount is received.
