- To make things simple, I’ve created a Quick Start Guide with everything you and your team need to get set up. Please share this with staff who will be accessing the platform and encourage them to follow the steps inside. Download Quick Start Guide here or share this link
The guide includes:
- How staff can create their own logins
- How to access the platform and bookmark it for future use
- Troubleshooting tips if anyone has difficulty logging in
Please note: the joining link in the guide expires in 30 days, so ensure all team members create their accounts before then.
As the lead member, you already have access using the email and password you registered to purchase with - just click here, and select 'Log in' to get started.
Invoicing & Renewal
- An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided within 14 days. If you need it sooner, please let me know.
- Your organisation’s subscription begins today and will run for 365 days. Renewal reminders will be sent three months, one month, and one week before your membership ends. If you do not renew in time, access will automatically expire.
