This March, Inspire Your Early Years Team In Thailand !Â
Following the success of my previous events in Bangkok, I am returning in March 2025 with two exciting workshops at St Andrew S107 in Bangkok. Take a look and reserve your place now!

"Kym was a breath of fresh air for the local delegates in Bangkok, many of whom described the sessions as the best professional development they'd ever experienced. It has gone down as the highlight of the year!"
Megan King, St Andrews International School, Bangkok

âThe early years team have been using your online resources over the past two years and it has had a huge impact on the learning. KS1 have followed a similar training programme this year, using your resources, and the progress around learning through play has been incredible. To have you visit our school and provide professional learning in person is amazing.âÂ
Mark Verde, Vice Principal, Bangkok Patana School, Thailand

"Kym is a prodigious facilitator. Her conferences are both extremely popular and intelligently designed. Staff at my Dubai school were effusive in their praise of her recent conference training when they attended it at the end of the last academic year."
Dr Neil Hopkin FRSA, Director of Education, Fortes Education, Dubai

Creating a shared early years team vision that lifts off the page and into practice â the practicalities and pitfalls
A shared vision is a powerful tool for inspiring ownership, commitment, and alignment within an early years team. When co-created effectively, it serves as a foundation for goal setting, action planning, and continuous improvement. However, the process of developing this vision can often become overwhelming, time-consuming, and difficult to translate into everyday implementation.
In this highly practical session, delegates will work with Kym to define and articulate their own vision for their teamâs approach to high quality early years education. They will leave with a clear, actionable blueprint for engaging their team in this process, and ensuring the vision translates into tangible aspects of adult practice that support self-evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.
Target Audience: All those responsible for leading a team in the early years
Cost 2500THB per delegate

Practical maths in the early years: Engaging children with real-world learning
This session will begin by exploring a range of ways to support mathematical learning through everyday play, experiences, and routines, helping children develop confidence and curiosity with maths in real-world contexts.
The focus will then shift to incorporate how to introduce and extend âapprenticeship cooking,â where children progressively take on more responsibility, enhancing not only their maths skills but also their language and literacy, independence, and social skills. Kym will share detailed steps and video footage showing how children progress through the stages.
Participants will leave with practical ideas, strategies, and confidence to turn everyday moments into powerful mathematical learning experiences.
Target Audience: All those working with children from 3-7 years old, Senior Leaders and Maths subject leaders wanting to improve their knowledge of this phase.
Cost 2500THB per delegate
