Training that informs, inspires and impacts
I have been providing training for schools, early years providers and students for over 25 years now. Throughout that time my courses have consistently received exuberant praise for their content, delivery and impact on practice.
Through my consultancy work, I'm lucky enough to spend lots of time in schools and settings, both supporting at leadership level and working alongside children and educators.
This is key to ensuring that I retain a deep understanding of the reality and challenges of working with young children. My courses are directly informed by this work on the ground and it provides me with numerous real examples and photos to draw upon and share with delegates.
As well as extending delegates' professional knowledge by sharing research, theory and issues, I always show how this transfers into practice through videos, photos and anecdotes, so that delegates leave feeling informed, reflective and inspired to take action.
I provide training in-person, live online or as pre-recorded modules which can be made available to delegates for a set period of time,
See below for some of the subjects I provide training on. My catalogue of courses is always growing and I am happy to discuss bespoke commissions.

‘Hi Kym, just wanted to pass on to you how much we thoroughly enjoyed your recent workshop on the EYs curriculum. I attended with my colleague and we both felt it was the best course we have been on since we started working in our pre-school 20 years ago! Your knowledge and passion for early years was very evident and has given us new encouragement to take another different look at our practice. Thank You!"
