I work with early years teams in the UK and internationally to develop practice that is clear, consistent and genuinely helpful for children. My support includes consultancy, in-house training and CPD, and conference keynotes or workshops — delivered in person or online.

Consultancy
I partner with leaders and teams to review current practice, agree priorities and make change that sticks. This can be a single day on a focused area or a short “Plan, Do, Review” package over several days, combining observation, staff coaching, training and follow-up. Sessions can be in person or virtual.

In-house CPD / training days
Practical training shaped to your context, available on site or live online. Sessions are short, engaging and built around real examples, photos and video, so staff leave clear about next steps they can use straight away.
