In-person and Online Training
Professional development that makes a lasting difference
Real-world training, build from and for teaching practice
For over 25 years I’ve been delivering training that educators describe as inspiring and practical.
Over that time, my sessions are consistently praised for their clarity, usefulness and the lasting impact they have on practice.
Because I continue to work directly in schools and settings, I stay connected to the real challenges and growth opportunities educators face.
My courses are shaped by what I see every week — in classrooms, staff-rooms and leadership conversations.
This is what keeps my training relevant, relatable and immediately useful.
“The best course I’ve been on in 20 years working in preschool.”
Karen Lucas,
Walkern Pre-school, Stevenage

About Kym
With over 35 years in early education, I’ve worked as a nanny, teacher, senior leader, local authority consultant, and strategic lead — supporting schools and settings across the UK and internationally.
I’ve spent much of my career working alongside educators in real settings, helping them reflect on practice, deepen their understanding, and feel more confident in their role. My approach is built on relationships and evidence, refined through years of working with early years educators in a wide range of contexts.
Whether I’m leading a consultancy day, delivering a keynote, or facilitating team training, I focus on what’s practical, doable, and genuinely effective. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I listen closely, shape support around your needs, and work alongside your team to create change that lasts.
