With 35 years of experience working with young children, I’ve been a nanny, pre-school assistant, teacher, senior leader, local authority strategic lead, consultant, and public speaker, supporting schools and settings across the UK and internationally.
I’m especially passionate about the impact that positive relationships, quality interactions and play can have on a child's learning and life chances. My work is firmly rooted in practice and I spend time alongside leadership teams, educators, and children in real settings. This keeps my approach grounded in reality and ensures every session is enriched with achievable, real-world examples. Whether delivering a keynote, running training, or working directly with schools and settings, my focus remains the same: helping early educators gain clarity, build confidence, and provide the best possible early learning experience for children
