Joanne Henson, Kirklees Learning Partner – Early Years
Kym produced some amazing online training materials for us. The quality of the training was fantastic, a brilliant balance of theory and practical ideas. The online version was just as effective as a face to face session but with added benefit of pausing the video for reflection and invaluable discussion with colleagues – something we rarely get to do! Already bursting with ideas and inspiration!”
Emily Hewitt, Carlton Junior and Infant School, Dewsbury
“The online course was fantastic. Myself and my early years team found the way the course was delivered allowed for discussion and reflection on our own practice, as well as being able to pause and rewind the video to ensure we didn't miss anything, and to recap on important points. We are very much looking forward to the next one”
Su Yay-Walker, Headteacher, Burlington Infant and Nursery School, New Malden
“We are thrilled with the progress we have made as a result of your work at our school. Your clear guidance and practical suggestions have made a significant impact to the teaching and learning across our EYFS and we are proud to have achieved a steady rise in attainment as a result. After every visit, you leave our staff feeling enthused and inspired and we cannot thank you enough for supporting us to move our provision on”
Abigail Slade, Headteacher, West Hill School, for children with Learning and Additional Needs, Leatherhead.
“Kym's work with our staff is always engaging and full of energy. They always leave her sessions knowing something more and asking themselves questions. She literally nurtures staff and enables them to flourish. Kym's supportive challenge helps us drive forward for continual improvement and we are always inspired each and every time we work with her”.
